General Complaints Regulations

These additional regulations aim to provide the person filing a complaint with legal protection for complaints that do not fall under more specific regulations.

The more specific regulations are

  • Regulations on the Ombudsperson

  • Regulations on the Confidential Counsellor for Undesirable Behaviour

  • Complaints Committee for Undesirable Behaviour

  • Committee for Scientific Integrity

Each faculty has a complaints co-ordinator who is responsible on behalf of the University for the correct procedure following a complaint. Complaints can only be submitted by e-mail through the u-mail account!

No appeal can be lodged against the manner in which a complaint is processed, nor is it possible to appeal directly to the judge.
